At Develop ROI, we strive to provide the best possible customer support by offering a variety of different design, online marketing and digital management services to meet your unique needs for your business’ online presence.

Website Design Services encompass the professional expertise and creative skills employed to conceive, craft, and refine the visual and interactive aspects of a website. These services involve a comprehensive approach to building or revamping websites, focusing on user experience, aesthetic appeal, functionality, and responsiveness across various devices. Web designers collaborate with clients to translate their vision into digital reality, combining elements like layout, color schemes, typography, graphics, and multimedia to create an engaging and user-friendly online presence. Website design services aim to not only make websites visually captivating but also to ensure they are intuitive to navigate, effectively communicate content, and align with the brand identity and goals of the client. The primary goal of SEO services is to increase organic (non-paid) traffic to a website, thereby improving its online presence and accessibility to a broader audience. By enhancing a website’s ranking, SEO services help businesses and individuals attract more visitors, improve brand recognition, and ultimately achieve their online objectives.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Services involve a digital marketing strategy where businesses and advertisers pay a fee each time their online ads are clicked by a user. These services are designed to drive targeted traffic to websites, products, or services by placing ads on search engines and various online platforms. PPC campaigns require in-depth keyword research, ad creation, and bid management to ensure that the ads are displayed to the right audience at the right time. This form of advertising provides a cost-effective way to reach a specific target audience, as advertisers only pay when users engage with their ads. PPC services aim to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and conversions while allowing advertisers to control their budgets and track the effectiveness of their campaigns through detailed analytics and performance metrics.

Website Maintenance, Third-Party Domain Registration, and Hosting Management Services collectively encompass the comprehensive support required to ensure the ongoing health, functionality, and accessibility of a website. Website maintenance involves regular updates, troubleshooting, content management, and security measures to keep the site running smoothly. Third-party domain registration services handle the process of securing and managing website domains from external domain registrars, ensuring that domains are active and correctly configured. Hosting management services involve the oversight of web hosting infrastructure, optimizing server performance, ensuring data backup, and resolving technical issues. Together, these services provide a holistic solution for businesses and individuals to maintain a robust online presence, from the seamless operation of the website to the management of critical domain and hosting elements, ultimately guaranteeing a secure and consistent digital experience.

Payment Terms

1. Invoicing: Develop ROI will send you detailed invoices on a monthly basis, outlining the services provided, the service dates, and corresponding charges.
2. Due Upon Receipt: Payments for these invoices are due upon receipt.
3. Grace Period: We offer a courtesy grace period of five (5) calendar days from the invoice date during which no late fees will be assessed.
4. Late Payments: If payment isn’t received during the grace period, a late payment fee equal to 10% of the total monthly minimum amount will be applied.
5. Additional Services: If you exceed your monthly minimum pricing and require additional services, these will be billed weekly at our pre-agreed rates.
6. Premium Rate for Additional Services with Unpaid Invoices: If you need extra services but have unpaid invoices, hours beyond the minimum monthly retainer will be billed at a premium rate of $250 per hour until your invoices are settled.
7. Method of Payment: We accept payments via check, credit card, or bank transfer, with any associated charges or fees being your responsibility.
8. Disputes: If you dispute an item on an invoice, please notify us within five (5) business days of receiving the invoice. We commit to resolving disputes in good faith and with transparency.

Monthly Minimums

To ensure you receive the level of expertise and attention you need, our services have a monthly minimum service fee. This fee covers basic services, including regular check-ins, progress reports, and ongoing support. The exact amount depends on the project’s scope and complexity, and it will be detailed in the services agreement. As your needs change, we can adjust the monthly minimum for services on a month-to-month basis. Up to 5 hours of the monthly minimum can be carried over to future months. Please note that the monthly minimums agreed upon for a given month are non-adjustable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Term

Our services operate on a month-to-month or annual basis, offering you the flexibility to terminate the services at the end of each month or year without a commitment. This approach allows us to continually prove our expertise and deliver results, accommodating changing circumstances and service duration needs.

Response Times

We understand the importance of timely support and are dedicated to providing prompt responses. Schedule sessions through our online calendar system for convenience. For immediate assistance, we offer phone, text, chat, or email options and aim to respond to inquiries within two business days. While response times may vary, we strive to provide same-day responses in most cases. Our team is committed to supporting your goals and maximizing the benefits of our services.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure are fundamental aspects of our services agreement. We take data security seriously and commit to keeping your sensitive information secure. Our consultants sign a non-disclosure agreement, ensuring they won’t share your confidential data with third parties or use it for purposes other than providing services to you. We have strict confidentiality protocols to safeguard your proprietary information throughout our engagement, even after service termination.

Termination

Both you and [Your Agency Name] have the right to terminate this contract by providing written notice. Upon termination, all obligations and responsibilities under the contract cease, except as otherwise provided in this clause. You will remain liable for payment up until the termination date.

Termination does not relieve you from fulfilling outstanding charges for the current month or any other fees incurred up to the termination date. Accrued rights or remedies, including breach of contract claims that occurred before termination, remain unaffected. You and [Your Agency Name] will promptly return any confidential information, materials, or documents belonging to the other party upon termination.

This termination clause remains in force unless modified in writing by both parties.

Hold Harmless

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Michael Bleier LLC DBA Develop ROI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to Yardi Products. This includes inaccurate data, unauthorized access, breaches of laws or regulations, and claims by third parties related to our services.

This hold harmless clause survives contract termination and remains binding upon the parties and their successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
